We work with many of the world’s most successful brands, delivering gold standard translation services. We are not only judged by the work we produce, but also by how we conduct ourselves. In line with our Code of Ethics, we strive to be professional, respectful, ethical and honest. We also strive to conduct our business with the highest standards of social and environmental integrity.
We strongly believe that we deliver our best work when working with suppliers who share our values and our ethical standards. Whether you are a freelancer or a company, as a trusted AJT supplier you are an integral part of our business ecosystem and, as such, your own actions and behaviours (collectively referred to as your professional conduct) reflect on AJT. While our Terms and Conditions provide the legal framework of our business relationship, our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards of professional conduct that we expect from all our suppliers.
We take the environmental impact of our operations very seriously and work hard to minimise our impact as far as possible.
As a minimum, we expect all suppliers to comply with local and national environmental legislation. As an AJT supplier, you should ensure that your activities have a minimal impact on the environment. You must operate as environmentally responsibly and efficiently as possible. We encourage you to use your best efforts to reduce or eliminate emissions generated by your activities, to preserve natural resources, to avoid or minimise the use of hazardous substances, and whenever possible to promote waste reuse or recycling.
We promote an environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and value the diversity of all people.
We are all human beings and we all deserve to be treated as such. We expect our suppliers to treat everyone, including clients, employees, subcontractors and other stakeholders, with the utmost respect, courtesy, honesty and fairness. Our suppliers must not discriminate against anyone based on their race, caste, nationality, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union or political membership.
We pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our clients and suppliers; relationships that are based on honesty, trust and mutual respect.
Our mission is to help our customers achieve theirs: to succeed internationally. We therefore treat our customers’ goals as if they are our own, and we expect our suppliers to do the same. We are transparent in everything we do, and we expect our suppliers to act in the same way.
