AJT has a legitimate interest in using direct marketing as one aspect of our marketing strategy, in order to promote our services to companies we believe have a need for procuring translation and localisation services.

Necessity test:

AJT believes that using direct marketing is a legitimate and necessary method for promoting our services to companies we believe have a need for procuring translation and localisation services.

Balancing test:

AJT will only use direct marketing to promote its services to business people who it believes to have decision making and budgetary responsibilities as part of their professional role, within companies it believes to have a need for procuring translation and localisation services. AJT will always include an ‘opt out’ option in its direct marketing and will remove people choosing to opt out from its direct mailing list immediately and permanently.
