A lovely walk in a beautiful place and a litter pick

During the month of June, Team AJT will be hosting the #AJTcleanwalk2022 and we would love you to join us!

As part of our commitment to look after the environments we live in, we want to do our bit to help clean up the beautiful habitats that surround us. As a fully remote team that’s spread across the UK and Europe, we can’t organise a litter pick or beach clean with everyone in the same location, so instead we’re organising a month of clean walks in the local areas where each of us lives and we’ll share pictures of the nature around us (as well as the litter we pick). It’s a chance to make a positive impact in our local communities and raise awareness about how littering affects local habitats. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about where our other team members and our wider community live and the nature that surrounds them. Care to come along?

Get involved and win planet-friendly prizes

Help clean up a local area that’s close to your heart and win some amazing planet-friendly prizes. Grab a few bin bags, go for a walk in a beautiful place near you and do a litter pick along the way. All you have to do is post some photos or videos of your own clean walk, in the month of June, on Instagram or LinkedIn, tag @AJT (on LinkedIn) or @team_AJT (on Instagram) and use the hashtag #AJTcleanwalk2022

To makes things a little more exciting, we will be giving out prizes for the following categories:

The largest litter picking crew
The most beautiful area
The funniest picture
The strangest piece of litter

For each of our four prize categories, there will be a goody bag up for grabs filled with locally sourced, planet-friendly products worth £50. What exactly will the goody bags contain? Well that depends on where the winners live, because ‘locally sourced’ means local to the winners. But you can rest assured it will be cool stuff from ethical and sustainable brands.

How will you know if you’ve won?

At the beginning of July, our AJT Green Committee will choose the winning images/videos and announce the winners on Monday 4^th July 2022 on LinkedIn and Instagram. We will of course also contact the winners directly via social media to organise shipment of the prizes.
